DATAMETREX ISSUES INCENTIVE OPTIONS

TORONTO, CANADA, January 25, 2021– Datametrex AI Limited (the “Company” or “Datametrex”) (TSXV: DM, FSE: D4G, OTC: DTMXF) is pleased to announce that the Company’ Board of Directors have authorized the grant of incentive stock options to management, employees, advisor, and directors of the Company to purchase up to 13 million common shares in the capital of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.19 per share, vesting immediately, and will expire two years from the date of grant.


The options are granted pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan which was most recently approved by shareholders at the Company’s annual general meeting held on October 21, 2020, and remain subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
